Rates: Weekly Only June 1-September 30, 2018 (Saturday to Saturday) – $2,450 plus tax(6%)(7 nights)
Stays scheduled between October 15th and May 15th $250 (plus tax 6% a night) require at least 2 weeks advance notice.
Fees: $200 reservation/damage deposit due within 1 week of making a reservation
Full Payment is due 30 days before stay.

The home will be available by 4:00 p.m. on the first Saturday and check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. the following Saturday. Sorry, there are no early check-ins. The door operates with a keyless entry touchpad. You will be given your individual entry code upon receipt of final payment.
