Super clean and organized. Well laid out, plenty of space, offers something for everyone! Paddle boards and kayaks are great and easy to access off the dock. The view is wonderful. They have thought of everything, we will definitely be back.

Best vacation we have ever had!!
The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and completely stocked with everything you could ever need!! The beds are so comfortable and there is just so much space for everyone!! My kids loved the kayaks and we had a blast floating in the lake!! It was great to have dinner around the big table and discuss our day!! The little town is 5 minuets away and just wonderful!! We ate at the Brown Bear and it was amazing!! The sunsets were awesome and the wildlife on the lake was so cool!! Especially the Eagle that was on the dock in the morning!! I can not say enough good things about this lake house!

Truly Enjoyed This Spacious House!
My family stayed here for a week and truly enjoyed this spacious house! The dual family rooms made it great to have space 1) for the adult and the other for the kids. Walk out to pentwater lake and a short distance to the downtown area and Lake Michigan. It has enough parking in front for all of our cars (5 families) and space enough for us all. We’ll definitely be back! Brian and Corey were very helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do.

What a wonderful Hostess!
This house was great for our mini family vacation. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Everyone had their own space and the rooms were very comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 3 season porch overlooking the lake was a great place to hang out, catching the breeze from the lake and avoiding the bugs. Caroline has the house so well organized and filled with anything you could want, from games and coloring books for the kids to tons of beach toys, blankets, and towels. The kitchen was especially well organized, making it easy to find things when preparing meals. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the house is ready for you when you arrive. We got in late in the evening and she stopped by to turn on the outside lights and A/C prior to our arrival and left us a plate of homemade cookies (a big hit with my 2 year old). We had a great weekend exploring the Pentwater River and Lake on our kayaks and having the dock to pull up to when we were finished paddling was really nice. The house is a short, easy bike ride into town or a 5 minute drive, so we were able to explore there and get the things we needed easily. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Pentwater or near the Silver Lake area, mostly because Caroline is a gracious hostess who really makes sure her guests are content throughout their stay. She is easy to reach if you need something and even sent me back my son’s baby blanket that was accidentally left. We will definitely be back to Pentwater and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this same house again. Thanks Caroline!

Exploring Pentwater at its best!
We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The location is fantastic – close to terrific state parks in Pentwater and Ludington. We used our paddle boards almost every day exploring Pentwater Lake and the Pentwater River. The layout of the house is perfect – our two boys had their own spaces upstairs while we enjoyed the quiet of the downstairs. The house was spotless and having the full size washer & dryer was a huge benefit. Caroline, the property’s owner, is a wonderful person – genuine and kind. Her homemade cookies were a hit! Would we rent from her again? ABSOLUTELY!!!!

A+ Accommodations!
Our group of 8 settled into this lovely home and were ready to stay the summer! We were so thankful for all of the helpful organizational things that the owner did to make it easy for us. We have stayed at several other places during our 9 year summer trips to Pentwater and this is the best! Especially nice for groups like ours and families. Being close to town and restaurants and a grocery store is an added bonus. Comfortable, clean and very accommodating environment. We’ll be back!

It is a wonderful home and has great lake access. I am interested in buying it in the future if it comes up for sale. Caroline was very available and helpful for any questions that might arise. Plan to rent it again.
